If you would like to Freeze your membership for up to 3 months in any 6 month period you can do so completely free of charge. When your membership is frozen your monthly payments are paused and your access to the gym is temporarily suspended. Your freeze will start and end on your regular monthly Direct Debit date.

To request a freeze, please complete the form below but please note we require 14 days’ notice in order to freeze your Direct Debit.

If you would like to Cancel your membership you will need to complete the form below and we will be in touch to process your request so please look out for our call/email. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit as we will do this when we process your request.

Please note we require 30 days’ notice to process your cancellation and during this time your final payment may still be collected.
